Our story
After years working in the industry, it became clear that things had shifted too far toward a complicated, box ticking model that put greater emphasis on procedure than offering a personalised service. This resulted in the customer journey becoming both stale and impersonal. As a result, in 2019 we said enough was enough and Imagine Asset Finance was born. The core principle was simple – to deliver a value-driven, dependable service to our clients whilst also building genuine relationships with them. It is our firm belief that by taking a fresh approach to financial services – one that actually focuses on the customer rather than the transaction – we can bring real value to the sector.

The process
The Process is very straight-forward – an average customer journey looks something like this:
Step 1
Fill in our quick ‘get a quote’ form online, or give us a call to do this over the phone.
Step 2
Once we have all your details and the information we need, and you are happy with the quote, we will send your proposal to the lender.
Step 3
Once funding is approved, we will deal directly with the supplier to handle the paperwork, and once you have signed, the lender will transfer the funds directly. It really is that simple!
